Three kinds of pilates in Dubai
Reformer studios run small classes on sprung carriages, and several operate more than one location, such as Real Pilates, Pilates Academy Dubai, Reform Athletica and The Platform Studios. Mat and mixed studios combine pilates with yoga, barre or stretching, for example Zen Yoga, Cima Pilates & Yoga and Dhyana Yoga & Pilates Studio. Gyms with pilates classes, including some Warehouse Gym and Fitness First clubs, include reformer classes in a monthly membership instead of charging per class.
